Please read these terms carefully before using Gitlime's services. By engaging with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gitlime website at www.gitlime.com and all AI Revenue Systems services provided by Gitlime ("we", "us", "our").

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, signing a proposal, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospects, and clients. For active clients, any signed proposal or service agreement takes precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

2. Our Services

Gitlime provides AI Revenue Systems services to service businesses, including but not limited to:

  • AI-powered lead follow-up automation via WhatsApp, SMS, and email
  • AI lead qualification systems using conversational AI (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
  • Automated appointment booking and calendar integration
  • CRM integration and automated data entry
  • Lead scoring and prioritisation systems
  • Multi-channel lead capture (website forms, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Lead Forms)
  • Daily reporting and analytics dashboards
  • Ongoing monthly support and system maintenance

Services are delivered through n8n automation workflows, third-party APIs, and custom configurations built for each client. The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the proposal accepted by the client.

3. Engagement Process

Our standard engagement follows this process:

  • Discovery call — a free 30-minute strategy call to understand your lead flow and requirements
  • Proposal — we send a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees
  • Agreement — you accept the proposal (verbally, by email, or via signed document) and pay the setup fee
  • Build phase — we configure and test the automation system (typically 5–7 business days)
  • Launch — system goes live; you receive documentation and training
  • Ongoing support — monthly retainer for monitoring, optimisation, and updates

Work begins only after the setup fee is received. Gitlime reserves the right to decline any engagement at our discretion.

4. Fees & Payment

Setup fees

A one-time setup fee is charged at the start of each engagement. Current pricing tiers are published on our website and may change at any time for new clients. Existing clients are not affected mid-engagement.

  • Starter: ₹15,000 setup
  • Growth: ₹25,000 setup
  • Pro: ₹40,000+ setup (custom scope)

Monthly retainer

Ongoing support retainers range from ₹3,000–₹10,000 per month depending on the scope. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once the month has commenced.

Payment terms

  • Setup fees are due before build work begins
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or Razorpay
  • Invoices are issued within 2 business days of engagement confirmation
  • Late payments (beyond 7 days) may result in a pause of services

5. Client Obligations

To enable Gitlime to deliver services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information — supply correct business details, CRM access credentials, and lead source data promptly
  • Obtain consent — ensure that all leads entering your automated follow-up system have given valid consent to receive WhatsApp/SMS messages, in compliance with applicable Indian telecommunications regulations and Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
  • Comply with laws — use our systems only for lawful purposes; you are responsible for compliance with TRAI regulations, the DPDP Act (India), and any other applicable laws in your industry
  • Not misuse the system — do not use Gitlime's automation to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's terms of service
  • Timely approvals — provide feedback and approvals within agreed timelines; delays caused by the client do not extend Gitlime's delivery obligations
Important: Clients bear full responsibility for the consent and compliance of their lead lists. Gitlime is not liable for penalties or account suspensions arising from the client's failure to obtain proper consent.

6. Intellectual Property

Gitlime's property

All automation templates, AI prompt frameworks, workflow architectures, system documentation, and methodologies developed by Gitlime remain our intellectual property. We grant clients a non-exclusive licence to use the deployed system for their business during the active service period.

Client's property

Your business data, customer data, CRM records, and brand assets remain your property at all times. Upon termination of services, we will return or delete your data per our data retention policy.

Website content

All content on www.gitlime.com — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by Gitlime and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement — including client lead data, business strategies, and proprietary systems.

Gitlime will not share your client data, lead lists, or automation configurations with any third party except as required to deliver the contracted services (e.g., sending data to your CRM, booking appointments via your calendar).

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of the service agreement for 2 years.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to deliver reliable systems, we make no warranty that:

  • Our AI systems will achieve specific lead conversion rates or revenue targets
  • Third-party services (WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI, Meta, Google) will remain uninterrupted
  • The system will be error-free or available at all times

Results depend on factors outside our control — including your offer quality, lead source quality, industry, and market conditions. We are not responsible for outcomes affected by these external factors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gitlime's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Gitlime shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
  • WhatsApp account suspensions arising from client misuse
  • Data loss caused by third-party platform outages
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Termination

By the client

Clients may terminate the monthly retainer with 14 days' written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. The final month's retainer is due in full regardless of when in the month notice is given.

By Gitlime

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund if:

  • The client uses our systems for spam, fraud, or illegal activities
  • Payment is more than 14 days overdue after written notice
  • The client breaches the client obligations outlined in Section 5

Upon termination

We will hand over your data and access credentials within 5 business days. Active automation workflows will be deactivated. Any third-party accounts set up in your name (WhatsApp Business, CRM) remain yours.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms or our services.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a minimum of 30 days.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

For active clients, material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For website visitors, continued use of the site after updates are posted constitutes acceptance.
